Depression Part 2
In this episode we look at depression in this part 2 series. Spirit talks about how they see our experience of this energy. Depression is a pattern of thought that we have been taught to look at things. Tony gives several examples of how we are conditioned to look at the decline in every part of our lives. When we are fully conditioned we feel we are not enough and always looking for validation in other people.
Spirit explains why the same patterns of demise and decline slowly kills your energies inside of you. The energy flows where the intention and vocabulary is focused. Tony gives an example of why people have depression when doing their taxes and turn it into something more positive and expansive. Who you are is what you want to become. This is a marvelous podcast.
