In this episode we look at what help really means. When our loved ones are going through challenging times and we don't want them to suffer so they pull all kinds of strings to arrange an easier path and rarely it works out. What you want to do may not be helping people. Sometimes when we want the best for our kids, staff or our loved ones you may give more by doing nothing. Removing yourself and do nothing often times is the best strategy. If you are in a situation with lots of drama and negativity removing yourself energetically demonstrates your boundaries. 

Spirit explains why people stay in an abusive relationship because you can't remove yourself due to your lack of self-love or self-worth. There are some people that are not here to evolve and grow. They were put here to show the example when you don't evolve. When you are trying to help people there very clear signs not to help them. In this podcast it will outline the signs. In this episode we look at depression in this part 3 series. Spirit talks more about how they see our experience of this energy. Depression is a pattern of thought that we have been taught to look at things. Tony gives several more examples of how we are conditioned to look at the decline in every part of our lives. Depression is suppressed energy you are holding in a negative definition about yourself. The question is how do we get out of this? It is definitely not to talk it out logistically from your mind. It is an energy attached to you and you are hanging on.   

Spirit explains why people start blaming and get the majority of the problems. Are we attracting the negative outcomes which puts people more in a depressive energy. In our last episode we talked about Thoughts on whether it is a friend or a foe. In this podcast Tony Gyenis channels how spirit is looking at what depression is. It starts with the backwards vocabulary we try to motivate our children by saying we might be more proud of child compared to another. Being mindful of the way we downward talk to others. When we feel we are not enough it often traces back to how we feel we are rejected in some way. It could be an incident comment overheard by a child. When we try to please others to get a positive reaction this is great as long as it is always positive. The moment there is constructive criticism or comments more strict is then seen as a negative and thoughts of giving up which then often attaches to an identity.   

Are you effected when people criticize you or what you are doing? If you need that positive feedback for you to continue will often end in some form of depression. Spirit defines depression as a negative definition of a situation. It is about identity which is an illusion. If you were told you are unlovable or just don't have what it takes to make a success. If you buy the idea you are stuck with it. Spirit explains more about the words we use that is actually prolonging depression. Check it out.

Spirit is so wanting us to know that as powerful as thoughts are it can be a benefit or it can be a detriment. It is a gift of our life to use our thought which is the essence of manifesting and creation. However, if we don't feel love for ourselves or even talk down at ourselves it attracts a more negative experience would be the outcome. When positive seeds of thoughts are planted those will grow into something much larger in time. The same goes with a negative thought. This is why it is important on why you need to manage the thoughts you have.  

This episode touches on the subject of why humans would end their life because of a series of thoughts. We can actually imagine our own demise due to their low self esteem. This podcast reminds us that if you feel something beautiful only thought of fear can make you stop in your tracks. It is not the fear that is the problem but the repetitive thoughts of fear that is impactful. Low thought patterns are more contagious than high energy performance employees. Spirit is so wanting us as humans to be more positive or maybe even being happy when you have an unknown in your life. With children they have no fear and are more curious. Why don't we as adult humans apply the same pattern? We want to know exactly what will happen before we venture off into the unknown. When we listen to our mind and approach an unknown with fear or some form of hesitation we often fall into depression. How often have you felt you needed to be a dance, party or BBQ and end up meeting your future spouse or important person in your life. Looking back is 20/20 but before you start we have doubt. This podcast clears this up.

This episode touches on why we doubt. Somewhere in your energies somethings feel so certain and we don't know why. It may be scary but does it make you excited? Spirit is often telling us that we are known very well in the spirit world. In our human ways we have tools like resumes, reviews on social media and various gossip that shapes other people's image of us. In the spirit world it is very different. You are like a walking resumes. When a spirit of any kind meets you is already knows everything about you. You are your reputation in your energy. Everything you have ever done is know instantly when you meet a spirit.

Spirit is often telling us that we need to take time for ourselves to nurture our bodies because so many of us keep giving to others and rarely take a break. Once we finally take time for ourselves others or do things that make us happy it is considered a bad thing or selfish.

This episode touches on why the word selfish should be redefined because spirit actually wants you to be selfish and think of yourself. The problem is the examples we have from people are those that are considered "takers" or only want from others without appreciation. The narcissist that is always making us feel guilty if we are doing something that pleases us and not paying attention to them is where it gets into extremes. Spirit wants you to know that it is okay to take care of yourself and stay quiet.

Spirit wanted to cover this topic of what is attractive when it comes to a man. If it is not about physical looks then what attracts a partner? In our society men are seen as a protector and provider. Most perspectives from women are that "we don't care what a man goes through just keep going". A man is judged for what he can provide and not what he has to go through to achieve the resources. 

This episode touches on self-worth and self respect in a man. When a man has done the work on himself and deals with his dark past is just one aspect that is very attractive to a woman. Men has learned over the years that they can't divulge what is on their mind or the struggles they are going through day after day. Many social labels comes from judgement saying that men are toxic and that being a man is a mental condition. Why do men stay silent when we have problems? Men don't like being vulnerable. Spirit wanted to cover this topic of what is attractive when it comes to a woman. If it is not physical beauty then what attracts a partner to a woman? This message suggests there are other attributes that are more important than just looking good. Spirit also suggests that every situation or past abusive relationships was for a reason that will eventually add to her beauty once she decides to move on.
