We can look at manifesting in so many ways and often it comes down to the limits we place on ourselves. We call it our glass ceiling or glass walls which refers to something we can see like our goals but find it challenging to achieve. What makes us so unsure about our lives that we second guess everything about we want? It can drive us wild that we are seemingly so close to getting the life we want and it always slides sideways just when we are close enough to tough it.

In this podcast Tony talks a bit about nostalgia and what it means when we pull experiences from the past and we tend to bring those feelings to our present. On top of these memories we also bring a set of mind sets forward and depending on what you said to yourself with gentleness will have an effect on releasing yourself from harmful self talk. Who would love someone like me is one example.

In this episode Tony talks about what happens when you have done everything you feel you need to do then at some point you don't what else to do. Asking the question What Now, is a great question. It comes down to look at things at a higher perspective. Tony talks about looking higher which sure beats the mind being at the energy of worry or feeling down.

In this episode Tony continues to talk about the "What If" scenarios in this Part 2 of this topic. What If there is no such thing as mental illness? What If the reason you are finding it challenging to find a person that will respect you is because you are not respectful to yourself? When you do the "What If" questions in a positive way you get very different answers.

What If you were to look back 20 years and have a picture of you back then what would you say about who you were? Chances are you would love what you see. What does this mean? In this episode Tony talks more about permissible energies in a part 2. What do you permit in your life? Do you think it is random when "bad" things happen to you?  What do you expect in life? Know that you are permitting this to happen. If not so good things happens know that you are permitting that to happen that as well. As Tony messages from spirit that it is not about being fair that some people work so much less and end up getting more. This is the height of permitting.

In this episode Tony talks about energies that don't have your direct permission to be a part of your life yet they are not addressed and end up staying. When someone breaks into your home you do something about it right away. When a nuisance energy enters your aura we tend to not do anything to make it leave. If someone told you you are worthless and you say nothing that energy of having no value ends up staying in your body. You will go through years just complaining about the energy before you end up letting it go as it is too much hang onto.

Spirit relays through Tony that we all pick up various energies that is not good for us but the main idea is to know what to do and how to clear that energy so it stops making you a target. In this episode Tony continues the energy of colours and how we can add colour to paint in the smallest way to create different energies in a room even though it will not visibly change the colour. It can still look white but has elements of other colours to do what we want it to do. Tony talks about the effects it has even though we can't see it.

In this episode Tony continues the energy of colors and how even our aura has different colors depending on how you are feeling and even our attitudes. Not only is it a chakra energy but colors can be used for healing. Tony mentions more about color breathing is used to get a deeper sense of working through practically everything including trauma. Using color as an additional strategy to find balance in yourself.
