In this podcast Tony channels spirit to discover the deeper reasons on why so many people over react. What is going on with the stresses of humans that they are having challenges in staying balanced. They see what is in front of them and not seeing or sensing the hidden gift within the struggle. Not everything needs to be a knee-jerk reaction. 

Will there ever be a day where we will observe what happens in our lives and see how we feel about it before we react. We have many industries in our society that thrives on our inability to let things be and react in anger causing us to think afterwards perhaps that was not a good idea followed by buying flowers and chocolate to say sorry. In this podcast Tony channels spirit to introduce the concept of Zoom Out. This technique is a form of stepping back and getting a bigger perspective on what is going on in our lives. When we ask spirit where we are and offer guidance based on the zooming out on their end we get different answers on how to solve the problems or issues we are faced with.

In this podcast Tony channels spirit to help us understand more of what our aura is all about. Among other things that this podcast will talk about is the unified field in which we are enveloped. In this podcast Tony channels spirit to help release the many factettes of asking just the right energetic questions to get answers you want. How many people do you know that get nothing when they meditate? If you ask questions that sparks the universe you will get deeper meaning messages. Tony gives several examples of what type of questions you can ask yourself just before going into an altered state. Tony does mention the gold rule. If you are meditating don't come back with empty pockets. Come back with answers to your problems.

The reality is that many don't know what to ask or if they should ask anything. Sometimes when a loved one asks you a question it will tell you instantly where they're mind and focus is. Part of a good spiritual journey is your ability to be a good question maker. Discover more in this podcast.

In this podcast episode Tony uncovers what it is like to be in solitude which is totally different than what it is to be alone. There is something that connects us to people when we are more dependent on others and when they are not there we feel more alone. Is this true? Have we as a society have become or better said have been trained to become dependent on what others think of us and we value their opinion of us?

In this podcast Tony opens up the conversation to bring our attention to the resilient strong part of us; the mountain within us. Our energies are so powerful we are literally unstoppable or immovable. It is mostly our programmed thoughts that can diminish us to the point where we don't feel we have any power at all. Spirit uses the example of the mountain as it does not waiver or become less steep so it is easier to climb. It stays the way it is so you in the process can find the mountain within you.   

Tony gives several questions you can ask yourself on how to understand why a mountain despite not doing anything why people would want to climb it. Many people have said "I climb it because it is there". In other words, thousands of people from all over the world are attracted to climb these amazing spectacles of rock and snow. In this video podcast it features a Valentine edition. Tony talks about Love and why many people feel sad at this time. With all the Valentine cards, flowers, chocolate and heart-shaped balloons why are we still feeling like something is missing? Love is war they say and Spirit gives a nice example of how to look at this from a healthy perspective.

In this podcast Tony chats with a Pet Whisperer Sandy Benoit from Ottawa, Ontario Canada. Sandy is a Canine Massage Therapist but communicates with all kinds of animals. She is such a gifted person who knows what our pets think of us and know what they want. Our pets are part of our spiritual journey and like children they pick the pet owners when they come in to eventually be our furry loved ones. 

Tony asks Sandy several questions from what the best source of foods are for your pets to what they sleep on. We cover a lot of topics that most pet owners would to listen to. In this edition Tony brings our awareness to doing the simplest exercises and techniques that dramatically improves our health and quality of thinking. Who would have thought that to just looking up creates such a difference in our blood to our attitude. Our culture has taught us to look down at our phones, our computers and even when we walk to consistently doubt ourselves. 

Tony channels spirit that it actually enhances our ability to connect to spirit and ourselves when we look up. One question was asked "why do we look up when we ask a question about life?"
