This meditation was created to experience the start of the breakdown of an addiction. Play this as often as you can or are able. We will have a special edition coming up December 18th 2024 that will talk more about how an addiction is created and why it is considered a gift. Until this podcast edition is ready to be released listen to the soundtrack and follow along and come with an open mind to follow what is being said. There is one ingredient that if it is missing an addiction will be the result. Find out what that is in this meditation podcast.

We have used our own Past Life Meditation soundtrack along with a poem by Rupi Kaur from the book "The Sun and her flowers". Click the link to the book. I highly recommend this book. It is a beautiful arrangement. In this edition Tony channels spirit about what is peace to you and where you can find it. Tony gives several examples of finding peace in your mind in some of the most unlikely and simple places you might not have thought of. Spirit mentions that you may not want ultimate peace and they go into a broader explanation. In the end what makes you at peace? If it is only money then you will never be at peace because it is a man-made vehicle of exchange.

In this podcast Tony channels Spirit to talk about the different ways other cultures and countries use chanting and other vibrations to address their version of clearing energy for optimum balance. No matter what country the methods of inviting harmony and dispelling negative energies are different but all have to do with being closer to the Gods, Spirits or Higher Realms. 

We are all one as there is no separation between us. Many countries are taught to hate each other and to pull apart families resulting in many types of mental illness or the feelings of being alone. In this edition Tony channels spirit about how to accept who you are. When the Universe chooses you we often say to ourselves, "Why me?" Why not you? Is their response. Spirit would never give you a task that is way more than you can handle. However, they will give you a task that you might not think you are able to do. It is your inner loyalty to yourself that will get it done. In short the Universe needs you and knows you can do it, so why not serve and achieve what is needed?

In this edition Tony talks about how to focus on one special thing in the future and bringing all that to the present. Many of us have a real issue with focusing one thing. Look how many accidents there are with texting and driving. We risk our family's safety to keep track of the message that come in on our phones. No wonder we find it challenging to see our future filled with what we want. 

Tony channels many examples of what we are doing by leaving out the details. Spirit makes it clear to stop chasing your dreams and attract them. Thank you to all the Veterans who have given or have risked their lives so our  country could be free.

In this edition Tony talks about having your own view and perspective of Remembrance Day. It is importance of peace and freedom we as humans are wanting and willing to fight for it. Most of the population have never gone to war and fought for us to enjoy the freedoms we have; or do we? Not all wars are fought on the battle grounds. No matter where you are giving up a freedom means giving up a part of yourself.

In this episode of Raising Your Spirits Tony talks about respect and how it is closely regarded as love. Often times we have more respect and will stand up for other people but we will rarely do the same for ourselves. The level of respect for yourself is less from you than other people. Find out if you agree in the statement in this podcast that if a man shows his weak side or lets himself be vulnerable he will have more self-respect for himself. This respect also applies to respecting Mother Nature as well.

Tony channels many examples of how self-respect can be enhanced with a number of techniques such as asking yourself "What kind of an impact would you like to make on this world?" Honour is something we don't hear of a lot these days. We as humans want to make a mark from our work we are doing. It is the respect for what we do. Discover more in this podcast.
