Derby feels a bit odd this year because the crowds and excitement around town have been dampened by the pandemic. But it also feels nice for some of us to be going back to Churchill this year, after such a difficult year in 2020.

After the Derby talk, we chat about another upcoming event: The Kentucky State Fair. As of now, it's looking like the fair will return to its 2019 form allowing for visitors. Last year, only fair entries were allowed, again because of the pandemic.
