  4. Peter Chang, Minneapolis Park Police officer (present on May 25, 2020 at the scene, detained Shawanda Hill and Morries Hall)
  5. Nicole Mackenzie, medical support coordinator
  6. Barry Brodd, Defense use-of-force expert
