Bills Derangement Syndrome is often followed immediately by a spell of Bills Depression Syndrome. Every January, millions of Bills fans are struck down with a seasonal affliction. There may be a cure out there, but to date, it has never been found. The Buffalo Bills organization has tried nothing, and sadly, they are all out of ideas.

One Bills fan, Devesh, joins Derek to discuss how he is handling this most recent bout of post-BDS BDS. Spoiler: not well!

This season seems to be hitting fans extra hard and appears to be resistant to previous inoculations. The difference? The firing of Sean McDermott: a man who once seemed like a promising antidote for this plague.

Devesh worries this time BDS may be fatal for his fandom, but that too is simply a symptom of the wretched illness.

Nevertheless, we press on in search of a cure.
