Dr. carmen Flebes studied at University of Iowa and western Michigan University. She currently teacher graduate and undergraduate students at ISU. She currently directs the Spanish masters program 

Monica Cervantes is a first generation Mexican college graduate. She received her associates in marketing and management. she later obtained her bachelors and masters.. We spoke about her roots and upbringing. 

Diana is an Idaho state alumni. She is currently working in HR. She an advocate for the advancement of the latino community. 

Dr. Marilu is went to CSI and ISU she emphasized in chemistry organic and physical. she received an American Chemical Society Scholar award for historically underrepresented groups in the chemical sciences. She studied abroad in Germany and continued her studies in Iowa. 

First generation college graduate from Cal State Fullerton with a bachelors in psychology. Currently working on her doctorate in psychology at Idaho State University. Her end goal is to help other first generation college students achieve their education goals. 

Adam is a first generation college student. Graduated Idaho State University with a Bachelors in mass communications. Adam currently works at Zions bank as a relationship manager. 

She is an assistant professor in Integrative Physiology at Idaho State University. Her research goal is to understand the physiological mechanisms of behavioral plasticity in organisms. She has a Ph.D. from Georgia State and has been published in several scientific journals. 

Dr. Rodriguez is a chemistry professor at Idaho State University. His research area: Plasma Enhanced Thin film deposition of photovoltaic materials, Spectroscopic, Chromatographic, and spectrometric analytical instrumentation, Vibrational spectroscopy. We talked about where his interest began in chemistry as a child, his college years and, his current studies.
