Long ago, a small company of families stood at the edge of a great sea, looking out at a journey no one had ever made. They boarded eight small vessels, each tight like unto a dish, each lit by two shining stones touched by the finger of the Lord. And they were carried, by a wind that did not cease, for three hundred and forty-four days.

Rest as a quiet passenger aboard one of those eight vessels. Feel the cradling rhythm of the waves. Watch the stones shine continually through the long crossing. Hear the gentle hush of the water along the hull. And arrive, at last, on the soft green shore of the promised land.
