Desert Financial Credit Union is giving ,000 to the Humboldt Education Foundation (HEF) in support of Prescott Valley's Humboldt Unified School District (HUSD). The significant gift is a part of Desert Financial's grand opening of its first Yavapai County branch in Prescott Valley. School uniforms will be purchased with ,000, while ,000 will go to after school sports clubs.
