Dr Gary Fettke is a senior orthopaedic surgeon from Tasmania who delved into metabolic health and preventive medicine long before any of the others. He is revered in the LCHF space and continues to advocate for the same even after a 2 year investigation by AHPRA for talking about nutrition. All the charges against him were dismissed but helped in bringing his work and aims into the limelight!
