Jesus tells us in John 10:10: “The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life and that they may have it more abundantly.”

Abundant life is for every life now, God is overflowing with abundance.

Living an abundant life requires three things of us:

1. The belief that God is good and cares for you.

2. The belief that every need & challenge you face was settled with Jesus at the cross.

3. You must learn to live with an “all things are possible” attitude.

Life & Death in the Tongue | Part Two

Our words either build us up or tear us down. The Bible tells us life and death are in the power of the tongue, and we will eat the fruit of it (Proverbs 18:21). In other words, we reap what we sow by the words we speak.  

Often, we are far too careless about the way we think and speak. Words have the power to create energy and release emotions that produce life and health or death and disease. Our utterances are not meaningless expressions that evaporate into thin air. The mind records what we give it. And our thoughts accumulate to build beliefs: positive or negative, liberating or limiting, life-giving or life-threatening.

Part five - the final episode of the Masters of the Mind -

One commonality among the Whiner, Worrier, and Warrior is they naturally default to ego and outcomes. The Whiner’s complaints, the Worrier’s concerns, or the Warrior’s conquests can become a dominant pattern of thinking that colors our perspective and impacts expectations when left unchecked.

But among the four Masters of the Mind, there is only one that is fully focused on abiding in the hiding place of love. Enter, the Worshipper, rushing heaven’s gates with thanksgiving in its heart and filling God’s courts with praise (Psalm 100:4).
