Rhys has over a decade’s experience working in Human Centred Design, building and growing Design teams and pushing the Design discipline up the ranks.  He is currently studying the UK’s first Design MBA at Central Saint Martins, taking his empathy and fascination for understanding customer needs and propelling him into customer-centric innovation and complex problem solving in the business context.
