But along the way thinking about the best means of support you need is EVERYTHING. Its’ why coaches are not only needed, but why they aren’t going anywhere anytime soon.
When making changes in a routine, it’s important to remember HOW you are doing things–it’s always the best place to begin when making changes.
Mackenzie Holzknecht (aka ‘Coach Mack’) teaches this very practice in her programs. A former college athlete and coach, she preaches HOW you are doing health and fitness every day is the best place to begin, and to figure out what ‘guard rails’ you need for success.
