Recording artist, Engineer and Producer. David Wood joins me for a visit.

David Wood has the ability to have you dancing in a club all night or rocking out in your car.  If you like the spooky atmosphere that Stevie Nicks creates with her music along with the vocal style of Alison Moyet, Erasure and Depeche Mode you will absolutely love David Wood.

David has also been compared to the vocal style of George Michael, Boy George and yes, even Tina Turner as well.  He just keeps cranking out his own original music and however he wishes it to sound, he can more than pull it off vocally and musically.

David Wood is a mainstream recording artist based in Columbus, Ohio.  His music has been described by local media as the POP/Dance Alternative with a dash of Soul.  Unabashed and often times unclothed, David has established a following in many different communities.  From High Energy Dance music and Soulful ballads to the erotic and mystical, his music continues to appeal to a wide variety of audiences.

David has toured the national club circuit and performed at many festivals from his humble beginnings in 1990 to present day.  He has continued to make himself available to such charitable groups as The American Cancer Society, where he performed with his dancers at the Ohio State University Horseshoe, The American Diabetes Association and the Columbus AIDS Task Force.  Music has been written by David Wood for local television commercials and radio advertisements and he has managed to have small amounts of radio play and interviews with his original material.

So take David home tonight . . . You should hear what you’ve been missing.

Author Terrance P. Ward stops by for a visit.

Terence P Ward (Mid-Hudson Valley, NY) is a journalist and practicing Pagan for more than thirty years. He has been bound to a Wiccan coven, communed with the Earth as a backpacking Pagan (aka Gaiaped), and been tapped by the Olympian gods. He manages his depression through his work as a priest to Poseidon, and he's a minister ordained through the Church of the Sacred Earth: a Union of Pagan Congregations in Vermont. Ward is also a member of the order of the occult hand.

Terrance is the author of the book, Empty Cauldrons -

A Pagan Guide to Coping with Depression

Whether is it impacting you or a loved one, depression can be difficult to discuss or even acknowledge. Empty Cauldrons explores the isolating influence it can have and why many people resist professional help. With contributions from Pagan clergy, depression sufferers, and therapists, author Terence P Ward creates a picture of depression that draws upon both science and religion. He also shares his own experiences with this common affliction and the spiritual methods he has used for relief.

Discover how to draw off miasma, appeal to the gods of the wind, purify yourself with sound, and host a traditional Hellenic ancestor feast. Learn about conducting shadow work, tending a depression shrine, keeping a dream journal, and much more. Throughout the book, Ward compassionately presents dozens of simple strategies for developing a polytheistic relationship with depression, seeking comfort, and rekindling hope.

Includes a foreword by M. Macha Nightmare, priestess, witch, and cofounder of the reclaiming collective

A BIOGRAPHY OF THE GODDESS

Discover historical writings and hands-on rituals that show how the Goddess became such an important component in today's Pagan, Witchcraft, and Wiccan practices. Jack Chanek explores the development of her mythology using nine well-known texts written between the 1800s and the 1970s by famous practitioners and historians. He offers insights on The Golden Bough by Sir James George Frazer, The Book of the Law by Aleister Crowley, The White Goddess by Robert Graves, Witchcraft Today by Gerald Brosseau Gardner, and others. By presenting these titles alongside each other, Jack shows how the Goddess movement progressed with each text building upon previous ones, leading to the core themes we recognize today. Every chapter of Queen of All Witcheries includes a solitary ritual, a group ritual, and an exercise to provide you with a richer devotional experience.

Jack Chanek has been reading tarot since he was eleven years old, and he has been publicly writing about tarot since 2015. He has taught workshops on tarot, Qabalah, and Wicca around the country and is the author of Qabalah for Wiccans. Jack has appeared on Seeking Witchcraft, The Magic Monday Podcast, and The Witching Hour with Patti Negri, as well as teaching at festivals such as Free Spirit Gathering and LlewellynCon. He lives in New Jersey, where he works as an academic philosopher specializing in Immanuel Kant's philosophy of science. He can be found online at www.JackOfWandsTarot.wordpress.com.
