Our perception of uncertainty is directly connected to who or what controls the contexts of our circumstances.

The reason why I get anxious is because I forget that my circumstances are in the hands of someone who loves me and cares about my life. If I am the holder of my circumstances, then I get scared because of I become aware of my limitations.

And my limitations are vast and easily known, God’s are not. In fact, He has none. So, if my uncertainty is wrapped in who He is, I should be excited, because he’s always doing something cool.

If my trust is in myself, I get scared because I’m trash without Jesus.
