Generally speaking, travel insurance will fix anything minor, anything that's preventing you from continuing your travels, whereas medical insurance covers any treatment that you need, including the non-emergency stuff, which in medical terms is anything that's scheduled.

If you're living internationally, make sure you have international healthcare. Don't rely on needing to fly across the world for medical treatment because you can't afford it in the place where you're living. It's not smart.

If you're living in one place as a permanent expat there or even a local, you can plan things for your precise needs, and you can make sure that you get, uh, get the treatment in your local area. If you are moving around the world, you need to make sure you can access this stuff everywhere you're going to go. Because it's not just about being out of pocket. It's about being able to get that treatment.

It doesn't matter what amount you choose, but having those services to help your family deal with all parts of the process that's the real value there.

Whether you are considering becoming a nomad, or if you are already a nomad, or even if you have no intention of doing that, still think about your financial plans. But, you know, because even if your plans change, and even if the plan ends up being not fit for the purpose that you want later on, the process that you go through of formulating that plan is extremely important.

Money is not the biggest thing in life. It doesn't buy happiness but can substantially pay off being miserable. It's, it's the most, uh, effective tool, uh, in your toolbox because you can switch it for other tools, pretty much, uh, whenever.

You need to be able to connect with people. For someone who feels, uh, maybe a little bit uncomfortable or awkward talking to people you don't know, that's probably the most important thing to practice and become comfortable with. And all the rest will just, like, naturally follow from that.

Traveling is the best teacher in life because you don't see your bias until you go to a different environment.

Do it. It's the best experience you can have. Sometimes, it's hard, but it's the greatest way to learn about yourself, others, life, love, business, and what you want. So if you have a doubt and are considering, ah, yeah, I would like to do that, but I'm not sure, permit yourself to do it like it's now. Life is now; it's happening now. So if you think about this, try it. If you don't like it, you can always return home, but at least try it.

If you are already a digital nomad, don't work too much. Enjoy the experience. Find a way to trust that it works, that the business works, and that things are always in your favor. And enjoy where you are and the people you meet, and just be absorbed in that.

I had to push myself a little bit, um, and say, okay, like, what are you waiting for? If you want to do this digital nomad thing, now is the time. And I didn't want to go home. It's really good to know that there are many options. You can make this lifestyle your own, and you can make your online career your own. And that can be scary because there are a lot of decisions to make. But it's really good to start, see what works, and just go from there, knowing there's always a way to change things.

We're all different; you just have to see what works for you and not everyone else.

Living with nature is amazing, but it also takes you, um, it takes you to cultivate harmony and wonder, I think. And, um, and I think it's amazing because we live in interconnection with nature.

It's all about connection, being at the right place at the right time, meeting the right people, or sending the right email because we feel it's right to, you know, contact these people or contact this association organization. And so yeah, that's how, how we work.

What is amazing about our, you know, the mind is that you get so much frustration, but it's not about having a cold shower. I mean, we have a cold shower all the time. It's not different. It's about, you know, it's about, um, not having what we expected that we would have, meaning a hot shower.

Most of the time, the problem is that your mind is creating a lot of scenarios about things that could happen. And we had to learn to let go of that, you know, not to let our mind create all these scenarios to, you know, it's not here, it's not happening now, so just let it go.

When you welcome your fear, you can still go forward. Even if it's there, you don't have to stop. And so we had to do that a lot of time to welcome the office and learn to work hand in hand with them.

The big thing is not being afraid to try to do that, of diving into the unknown. Because when you start a new project, you usually have to dive into the unknown. At one point, you have to stick to the big step, just the first step.

Find out what visa you need, save up for the flight, and book it, and if you don't have loads of spending money, once you've booked that flight, as long as you've given yourself enough months to save for it. If you want it enough, you will find a way to save the money for that trip.
