So yesterday, as I sat in the car with a friend and listened to his current turmoils, I was reminded of the fact that quite often, we suffer in silence. However, I was left to wonder... is that suffering healthy? What are we supposed to do when life happens and we can't deal? Well here's my advice...

Relationships can be a hard thing. They get even more complicated when youth is added to the equation. Are they really worth it or can I just wait and work on me? Thoughts?

In today's world, we quite often compare ourselves to others and we are left feeling empty. However, if we take time to look at what we actually have, we might find ourselves in a place of gratefulness. Look around and look at all that you have accomplished! YOU GO GIRL! You rock!
