I allow pain to be apart of me only if I focus on it. Our attention, where we place our awareness is the key to what we wish to be alive. I choose to bring my awareness to my body so I can release the tension in my body to allow for peace to flow. Peace is always alive, I just have to bring my body to the state where I can feel it. When I allow peace to flow in my body, peace is with me wherever I go.
