The burning of fire is light, growth of the flame, force of the hot flame, sparkling passion, flow with the wind, change as fire alters the form of what it's burning, and expression as it changes form and makes noice at it is alive. The burning of fire also symbolizes darkness because it is only through dark that we can see the light. If there was fire all around there would be no darkness to show you that fire is the light. We must burn the darkness for light to be seen, which is literal for finding the light in ourselves.

Take flight. Share your truth, that is how we grow. That is how we see ourselves in our whole.

Beliefs are the thoughts that we create about ourselves or situations that tell us how things ARE. When in fact every single person has a different perspective on how things are. Every single person has a different light in which they see themselves, other people, and things. So, out of the millions of different perspectives we could choose from, choose the belief that is most loving to you. Choose the belief that allows you to be lovingly fulfilled, that is expansive, and from the heart.

I allow pain to be apart of me only if I focus on it. Our attention, where we place our awareness is the key to what we wish to be alive. I choose to bring my awareness to my body so I can release the tension in my body to allow for peace to flow. Peace is always alive, I just have to bring my body to the state where I can feel it. When I allow peace to flow in my body, peace is with me wherever I go.

A quote from Margaret Hungerford that is a paraphrase from Plato.... "beauty lies in the eye of the beholder" means that beauty is subjective. From my eyes, I see every single thing as beautiful because it is apart of the constant flow, change, and creation between the universe and the self (they are one in the same). There is no single limiting form that disregards beauty... life itself it beautiful. I once did not think this way. I once did limit beauty to having a certain form. It was when I opened myself up and I allowed myself to focus merely on the beauty that I found it in everything. We hold the key to change the lens on how we see things. It's a wonderful gift.

I choose to love myself without conditions and in doing so I must not act upon the beliefs that I once held that still show up in my mind. I must act in ways that are guided by my heart and not my fear voice. I am choosing to no longer give my fear voice my power. I give my power to my true self, which is love, strength, courage, and passion.

The beautiful art I've uploaded with this recording is created by Manuel Jimenez Ramirez. Ironically, these carvings are meant to keep away evil spirits. And I believe fear can be seen as evil spirits. It is time we shut fear out.

When I started observing my intention before I would act I was able to discern whether or not the action I wanted to act on was being fueled by a feeling or belief that was in my best interest. I discerned that most of my intentions behind my actions were habitual and based on events that happened in my past that I no longer needed to hold onto. Most of my actions were being fueled by my fear based intentions/ beliefs. Now, I sit with myself and create an intention before I act, so I am able to choose a way to act that is in my best interest and, in doing this, I'm not acting through already formed neural connections that aren't in my best interest.
