Stops on the 9-Jefferson Bus Rapid Transit pilot project will see daytime service every 10 minutes on weekdays and every 15 minutes on weekends going forward, along with other stops getting increased service.

A popular Harrison Township restaurant is figuring out what to do following a fire that destroyed their building. Benvenutos went up in flames Thursday morning. A passing Macomb County Sheriff's deputy saw smoke coming from the building around 1 a.m.
Dearborn's fire chief has been sentenced to one year's probation and 120 hours of community service after being caught driving drunk last summer. Chief Joseph Murray was arrested on August 29th in the area of Telegraph Road and Annapolis Street in Dearborn Heights after officers stopped him for speeding.

WWJ's Jon Hewett reports that Sterlin Minion Sr. and Halyssa Brown will be bound over for trial after 5 year old Sterlin Minion Jr. got ahold of a gun and shot himself in the face back in December. Neither Minion nor Brown were home at the time.

In a surprise move, Stellantis has removed Mark Stewart as the company's North American Chief Operating Officer. WWJ Auto Beat Reporter Jeff Gilbert says Stewart will be replaced by Carlos Zarlenga.
