A Monroe County jury has CONVICTED 67-year-old Marshella Chidester on all counts -- after she was accused of crashing into the Swan Boat Club in Monroe County during a birthday party last April, killing two kids.

The closure of an eight mile stretch of eastbound I-696 has forced drivers to detour onto other roads.
