Detroit Windsor Tunnel in operation for 95 years
This is a special week for the Detroit-Windsor tunnel. Monday marks the 95th anniversary of the tunnel opening. President Herbert Hoover officially opened the tunnel in 1930 with a telegraphic signal. It was the world's first underwater vehicular tunnel connecting two sovereign nations.
