In this episode, we cover some good tips to help you develop a healthy sleep routine! We recommend 7-8 hours of sleep each night, really focus on that. Make sure to limit your screen time on phones, computers, TVs, etc. throughout the day and especially right before going to sleep. Be sure to also check out buying bluelight glasses! They're super helpful for limiting the amount of UV radiation from screens, and you can find a pair for cheap!
