In this episode I talk about how you can develop your awareness and live a more conscious life, saying yes to those things that you are excited about and saying NO when you need to. Stop worrying about what other people think of you and start to live your best life.Using a new mantra "Your opinion of me is none of my business"
Think of the analogy of driving a car, you don't stay looking in the rear vision mirror you glance in their occasionally to check on your progress. If you kept looking behind you (in the past) you would crash. Look to the future and build a great awareness of what you really want in life and set about to have your best life.
Ask yourself - If you were truly happy and had everything you desire what would that be like, how would you feel, and what would you be doing differently?
What would it look like
How would you feel and
What would you see
