When the opportunities presents itself or are given, are willing to jump on them? 

That's our discussion on this episode. 

Many times we vocalize that we want to purse something, but when the journey presents itself we tend to shy away from what it takes. 

The thought I am provoking here is, whether the journey looks smooth or not smooth, are we willing to step up to it ? Secondly, are we putting ourselves in position to be at an advantage so that, when it is between us and someone else. People will be willing to go with us without question, because we have set ourselves up by being willing to take chance in the past, so that we don't live things to chance later. 

What does your day of rest look like?

Many of us have dreams, wishes and I want to etc... But we never really think about, what will it take for me to achieve them. I touch on this topic on this episode, using my team as an example...

... good is the enemy of great, good is not enough, unless that's all you are striving for.
