Description: This course reviews stuttering in children. It explains how to write appropriate fluency goals and choose engaging fluency activities. 1 clock hour of continuing education credit (Introductory Level, Professional Area).

As a result of this presentation the participant will be able to: 

1. Identify why using self rating scales during stuttering therapy is beneficial.

2. List possible fluency activities to use in speech therapy.
3. Describe characteristics of appropriate fluency goals.
