Essex boy Chris Adams got stuck into coaching in the U.K before heading off to Australia, where he started life sleeping in a mates garage. Chris quickly got his OZ career on track with roles as a Technical Director, and later becoming a Coach Educator. 8 years later, he's living by the beach and enjoying a round of golf....

Neil Connor didn't need to be a football coach.. he wanted to be one. A background in engineering and holding the elite position as Head Chef, Neil wanted to follow his passion and turned his people skills into a coaching career. He's now an Academy manager in Mexico!

Former Head Coach from Iceland Gregg Ryder, joins us to discuss the topic of losing your job or being unemployed in the game. Having recently been without a role for 9 months, Gregg provides an insight of his personal experiences unemployed and how he handled it. 

We speak with former GK Tony McMullen who has gradually been building his coaching career out in Latvia, now finding himself as Head Coach with Division 2 team Marupe.
