For a long time I was struggling with my morning routine. I loved my morning routine and I was working my dream job, so why was I having such a hard time getting out of bed everyday? Because I was tired! I wasn’t dedicating the energy to my nighttime routine to get the most restful sleep I could. In this episode, I explore the benefits of having a nighttime routine and a few things you can do to get started.
