केचित्समाधिनिष्नाताः केचिन्नामपरायणाः | केचित्सूक्तपराः केचिन्नामपारायणोत्सुकाः || २३ ||

kecit-samādhi-niṣnātāḥ kecin-nāma-parāyaṇāḥ | kecit-sūkta-parāḥ kecin-nāma-pārāyaṇot-sukāḥ || 23 ||

23. "Some gods were fully absorbed in meditation; others were focused on Her name. Some concentrated on Her hymn, while others were intent upon reciting Her names."
