In this episode, let's play Devil's Advocate. I speak briefly on why do we allow our feelings that control our health to be altered and manipulated by outside forces? We should use the amount of energy spent online fighting about issues most don't know about to be heard instead of focusing that energy on improving ourselves. Example, we will fight about an election and hate others for having an opinion and fight over a government that does not control you. Yet, we let it control those emotions causing the fights. The kicker, we won't listen to loved ones and friends who have info on you and know you but listen to government who we will never meet and they don't care about you. Food for thought. Devils advocate.
