Prem Anand starring  Santhanam in the lead roles, alongside Gautham Vasudev Menon, Selvaraghavan, Geethika Tiwary, Yashika Aannand, Kasthuri Shankar, Nizhalgal Ravi, Maaran and Rajendran.The film is a sequel to DD Returns (2023) and the fourth film in the Dhilluku Dhuddu film series.
