Devante Burey, professionally known as DevoDLive, is an entertainment host, social media influencer and performance artist. Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Devo caught the entertainment bug at a young age and made weekly trips to the MUCH Music studios, downtown Toronto to participate in live audience productions during the peak era of the entertainment network.
After graduating high school, Devo accepted an offer for a developing entertainment host role with the outlet BestFan.com, which is owned and operated by entertainment mogul Chris Smith and music executive Danny Reiner. In his time with BestFan TV, Devo was an active host and producer for dozens of interviews including Shawn Mendes, Alessia Cara, Tyler Shaw, Fifth Harmony, Why Don't We, Pentatonix and more.
In more recent years Devo has developed his social media presence and fan base both domestically and internationally, hosting many events for major record labels like Sony Music, Universal Music and Warner Music and film studios including Sony Pictures, Warner Bros and eOne. He’s been featured on Radar Online, OK! News, Star Magazine, People Magazine and more locally HELLO! Magazine Toronto Life, The Toronto Star, etc.
Devo has produced content for many large brands over the past few years including McDonald’s, TD Bank, Lotto Max, Scene, Roots, Mark’s Work Wearhouse and Hennesey. For this influencer it is imminent that he works with brands that align with his values and lifestyle as an entertainer and black male. Devo’s brand is both inspirational and aspirational for his engaged audience who stay glued to his progressional journey as an entertainer but also enjoy clever and humorous content.
