Inspired by a Church Sermon that said “don’t be like Homer Simpson”, I started watching The Simpsons to decide. Is he really that bad?

Inspired by a Church Sermon that said “don’t be like Homer Simpson”, I started watching The Simpsons to decide. Is he really that bad? Life on the fast lane is the one where... well its the one with the bowling ball.

Inspired by a Church Sermon that said “don’t be like Homer Simpson”, I started watching The Simpsons to decide. Is he really that bad? In the Telltale Head, Bart pulls a prank, asks Homer for advice, the family go to church, and father and son face the first Springfield mob - together.

over the last 12 months I've found myself watching ALOT of TV shows, including a lot of The Simpsons, while trying to answer a church sermon that discussed "Dont Be Homer Simpson"
Here's episode 6 - "Moaning Lisa". its a nice little episode showing Homer taking the time to understand Barts videogame. I also chat about how I managed to ruin my shoulder

In the absence of anything happening. Ever. I started wondering about attempting a commentary piece. Then, there was a church sermon which included the advice. "Dont Be Homer Simpson"
Is he that bad?
Here's my attempt at starting a defence of Homer Simpson as both a father and human being, while talking whiskey and covid. While watching "Simpsons Roasting On An Open Fire".
