Trauma isn’t what happened to you, it is what is happening inside of you. Avoidance is one of the key ways that people try to cope with trauma mostly because they are working so hard to stay away from triggers that may cause the person to go right back to a spot of a traumatic event in their mind.  In this episode we look at what trauma is and different ways it can effect you as well as ultimately how to dig deep and work it out.
