Social isolation is killing us, and why social media isn't to blame.
Our prison system makes solitary confinement an extreme punishment, and yet many voluntarily enter into it on their own.  We were made for community - Not for isolation.

In Episode 7 we look at Social Isolation and how to fight it, instead of letting it control who we are meant to be, in community.
