  • Episode 22: Why Do We Need To Understand Insurance With Amka Erdene, Financial Strategist
In today's world everyone is trying to sell you dreams. The dreams they perceive through the realities they live in. Immigration and lack of job that you want will not come to you easily but some women created the market and statistic they believe in and started to capitalize on it; One of the pioneer in insurance and CEO is Amka Erdene. She has been in the insurance industry for over 25 years and like us, first generation Mongolian immigrant due to language barrier she struggled with the job market and all the "isms" and dilemma that came with it. She has been helping American Mongolians who are working and manifesting their " American dreams" over decades and she shared her insight in what are the insurance types, why we need to understand them. Our collective goal as minority women in the USA is that we aspire to break stigma on Asian women who are taking from the government resource and "begging" for free handouts. In truth, first generation of American Mongolians do not have the correct information and took advice from entities who just want to make money out of our collective suffering. As Solongo Blue, Creatrix, I went through this stigma with my lived personal and professional experience and one thing I learned about insurance is it is about managing risk and finding the value with in. If you are interested about Amka's offering find her at: https://www.facebook.com/amka.erdene and her youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NDu7B56Xshw on Mongolian Millionaire Hub, Mongolian language only. Amka is based in Houston, Texas baby! Xo Solongo

  • Episode 21: Discussion On The Joy of The Disinherited with Author and Mental Health Entrepreneur Kevin Dedner
African American and Asian Mental Health is One Issue. We talked about today's mental health crisis that the environment creates yet "we still" manage to find happiness and joy in authentic human connections. For some language and culture are the barriers and for other who suppression and trauma are the problems. Happiness and depression go hand and hand and collectively healing is the way out from pain yet this healing is sacred, unique, and very personal.  Kevin Dedner and I discussed about what we went through as collective and as an individual on trauma (PTSD) and how we could support our communities on healing and see brighter side in this chaos. • Episode 15: Blues That Soothes with Anthony Duron Estrada
Oh Blues and Rhythms, how I came to you with the greatest healers of all time and also carries the collective pain, Apache tribe and their collective consciousness somehow aligned with my collective, and we are welcoming everyone with Blues That Soothes. I realized that in the counseling field, some of the people are mentally not suitable to operate in higher realms and you became your own healer through music and Anthony, musician, shared his own ways of healing the heartbreak. The question is as women, are we loving the modern day men? Why there are so much people with broken hearts? It is not a place for making judgments, it is a place for bringing more authentic, raw and truth tellers and seekers. There will be occasional mispronunciations on the podcast and guess what your imperfect being and your truest self makes you beautiful.  Anthony and I talked about how we are understanding the pain body, our collective immune system that are healing yet the sadness still there that we cannot see. His grandfather said to him, " Nothing easy is worthwhile and nothing worthwhile is ever easy." This is the a little wisdom for you and Happy Father's Day to all.
