🎙 Episode 3
You Are Not Alone: On Being Lonely, Tired, and Trying Anyway
In this episode, I’m talking about the kind of tiredness that sleep doesn’t fix. About loneliness that sneaks in even when we’re surrounded. And about the quiet bravery of still showing up, even when it’s hard.
This one’s a little longer, a little softer. I talk about the difference between solitude and loneliness, the emotional weight of being in your 20s, and how romanticizing the tiniest moments can sometimes save us. I also get into why people leave (and why it’s not always your fault), and why trying, still means something.
This isn’t advice. It’s not a fix. Just a soft reflection from me to you, for the days that feel a little too much.
If you’ve been feeling quietly heavy, or like you’re the only one trying to hold it all together, this episode is for you.
