Rogers Healy joins Morning Movers to break down the latest homebuilder's earnings report as D.R. Horton (DHI) falls after missing on profits. Rogers says this is usually a slower time of the year for the homebuilder group, stressing this report isn't "terrible news." When looking at the margins, he adds that its inventory isn't "flying off the shelf" like investors might want to see but adds that the margins are still okay in his opinion. Rogers says the average home age for first-time homebuyers is 38 years old, which indicates newer homes are needed.
