H: Young man!

R: Young man here.

R: Now we are on the way home from Jutland (part of Denmark - 3hours from Copenhagen) we´ve just met some friends there and ya, we are driving in a car.

J: Hello!

R: …and Malan…

M: Hello!

R: …and dig(you in danish) Hans.

H: Hallo!

R: Okay, do you want to introduce yourself, Joke?

J: Yes, Im Joke Im from the Netherlands and.. but I've been living in Denmark for almost ten years.

R: Woo we are like same age in Denmark.

J: Ya

R: Kind of.

J: Yes, and its a great country.

R: Great country to live?

J: Yes. Definitely.

R: And you are musician.

J: Yes, Im a musician.

R: What kind of musician?

J: Im a classical musician playing the french horn.

R: Very professional.

J: Try to be.

R: Ah, you ARE! you ARE! Okay. Malan.

M: Hello. My name is Malan. I'm 23 years old and I live in Copenhagen.

R: You are from Denmark.

M: And Im from Denmark. Danish blood.

R: Viking blood. and we are actually talking about how we make party in Denmark right now.

Ah okay you also want to say something. Do you want to say something?

H: Yeah introduce myself maybe! (LOL) My name is Hans, burned and raised in Denmark.

R: Thank you. but you are eating something.

H: Ya..!

J: But you can here that we are already having a party in the car.

RM: Yaa kind of :-)

J: You know.

HR: Having a good time.

R: Ya.. what was it, where we come from?

HM: Talked about.. parties!

M: So…do you often go out and..?

R: …make party? None of us (LOL)

H: We have no experience!

J: Well, you know, actually, but go out depends... what you mean by that? But actually I must confess that you know Im a musician and I have to travel a lot around the country but often when I play the concert I, you know, Its really awkward to go home just after the concert because its kind of a little filled with adrenaline so thats why I often actually go out with my colleagues for a beer.

and Im not so good at, I mean I cant… a little a bit allergic to beer so I can have only one, but its enough. But I mean you know I would go and we have a special place where we go often - we play a lot in a particular town and there we you know, bartender knows us and ya its a bit embarrassing even - because then, when you come in and he saids oh you again! so I mean you know if you consider that going out then actually yes i would say that I go out a lot.

Hi everyone, it's my pleasure having an opportunity to share my resolution for the last quarter of 2014. My resolution is, Singing Christmas Carol of "12 days of Christmas"

Just before that, I would like to touch on my background a bit. I have been living in Canada just over 10 years and having 2 little kids. I actually had Christmas seasons more than couple times by now, however never had a chance to sing carols, actually.

So, the reason why I came across the idea, was my older one. Last year around this time, there was a parents invited carolling gathering at the preschool.

This was the first time my child singing with friends, and I was almost crying looking at them.

At the same time, almost all other parents were singing carols together and I felt so much left out as I didn't know any of English lyrics of these songs.

This made myself so sad, and now, a year after in the same season, I decided to practice a carol that was the most beautiful one from the children singings, which is "12 Days of Christmas".

This song is actually a bit of challange, but I am sure that my kids and I would enjoy singing together!
