On our latest episode, Dr. Jennifer Estall discusses her work looking at molecular changes in diabetes and how they might help in better understanding the condition and developing new therapies.

Dr. Estall is Director, Molecular Mechanisms of Diabetes Research Unit at the Montreal Clinical Research Institute (IRCM) and an Adjunct Professor in the department of Experimental Medicine, Anatomy and Cell Biology at McGill University in Montreal.

She was also the 2020 winner of the Diabetes Canada Young Scientist of the Year Award.
