This is our annual visit with the President of Lorain County Community College, Marcia Ballinger. Dr. Ballinger has been with the college for decades and is celebrating her tenth anniversary as president. Another thing worth celebrating is a national honor naming LCCC as one of the top comunity colleges in the USA. With low tuition, exemplary partnerships with a number of universities in the region and many excellent offerings for students, it is much deserved.
