Dallas Page (more commonly known as Diamond Dallas Page) is a fitness instructor, former professional wrestler, and an actor. He is a 3-time world wrestling champion, and currently runs DDP Yoga, which provides online yoga and fitness classes. Since 2005, he’s been inspiring people worldwide to be healthier through better fitness and nutrition, using the simple phrase “Own Your Life.” Dallas has appeared in over a dozen big-screen film productions, and has been the subject of multiple documentaries. In this episode he talks with Oteil and Mike about his incredible journey, and the unlimited power of inspiration.
