Sam interviews infielder Paul DeJong of the St. Louis Cardinals about his experience in the big leagues so far since being called up. Listen to the interview Sam and Dan did with DeJong back in episode 9 when he was in Florida for Spring Training.

Since then, DeJong has been called up and has performed very well for the Redbirds as they make a push in the NL Central. DeJong discusses his journey up to this point, the love St. Louis has given him, and the tense series against the Chicago Cubs where he hit two home runs in as many days.

Sam flies solo as he discusses the recent trades that went down between the Arizona Diamondbacks and Detroit Tigers that send J.D. Martinez to Arizona with Greg Moore of The Arizona Republic and AZCentral.com. You can follow Greg on twitter as well @WritingMoore. Hear how he loves the philosophy the DBacks are taken on this season and how moving A.J. Pollock might not be the worst thing for the team.

Sam also dives into the trade between the New York Yankees and Chicago White Sox as the Sox continue to build the best farm system in the majors and the Yankees make moves to make a run in 2017.
