Dianna Falzarano is our guest this week! In what she considers her past life, she worked in corporate America as a social media manager. It was an amazing experience, but she realized that sitting at a desk could no longer suit her energy and the constant movement she craved day after day. It was then that she knew she had to switch lanes. Dianna has worked at Flex Studios, SLT, and used to handle the marketing of two SoulCycle studios. She currently teaches at Pure Barre Manhasset, Core + Co Lagree Fitness, and privately train clients, through her method Dynamic Fitness, where she specializes in strength and functional movement exercises. Dianna has over 5 years of experience in barre, pilates (mat and reformer), Lagree, TRX and HIIT styled workouts. She is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Council of Strength and Fitness (NCSF), a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), a Pre and Postnatal Performance Training Specialist, and TRX, Pilates, and Lagree Certified.
