Walk, run, hop...to the finish line. Breathe, stretch, roll your shoulders. Always start with prayer first thing in the morning. Next up exercise. Then, have your favorite healthy breakfast. When you fall, get up! Keep getting up! The issue is not in falling, the issue is in staying down. So, get up!
