In this week's episode I discuss the Ancient Greek Festival of Anthesteria. This holiday would have been celebrated in ancient Athens and is held each year on the 11-13th day of the lunar month Anthesterion, this year (2025) Anthesteria falls between February 10th-12th.

Its an important Dionysian festival that has many chthonic roots. We go through each part of the three day holiday including the occult symbolism behind it.

Then we dive into how modern practitioners can work with this holiday.
