Today marks the 2-year anniversary of Mummy's Passing from Cancer. I wanted to do a special podcast episode to share how it feels two years later from dealing with this huge shift in my life. Sharing with you the intimate details of how exactly I feel to do and how it meshes with my reflection of 2018. Most of all how I am filled with gratitude for being alive and that we only have O N E life on this earth.

Its been a long pause since the last episode and its because I really wanted not get caught up in constantly putting out "new content" and diminishing the level of stories shared. On this episode, I share my story and my dad's story of dealing with a Mental Health Disorder and having to live with the stabbing ice cold views of those looking on from the outside. I hope this episode changes your perspective a bit on the Mental Health Community, their families and loved ones. Though #WorldMentalHealthDay was October 10th , we don't need to limit the conversation to any particular day, this is why I am happy to share this story with you today.
