Growing up, we all had one thing or the other that got us really embarrassed and having low self esteem too. Some of us outgrew some of these insecurities while some of us are still being haunted by them. Like everyone else, I also had mine, want to know about mine? Just listen and share with your friends!

As Africans, most of us grew up under the tutelage of toxic parenting. Some of us have grown into emotionally damaged adults filled with resentment and maybe hatred for our parents. So, women are always on about how men don't help out with domestic chores and all that but we forget that most of the work here relies with us seeing that these men are sons to women of course, brothers to sisters, friends to ladies! We all have a role to play no matter how look at it.
